How do I find my driver at SJO Airport?

Our driver will wait for you outside the main airport exit door holding a sign with your name and our company logo. Detailed instructions are sent in your booking confirmation.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

For private transfers, we monitor your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, our driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost. For shared shuttles, please contact us as soon as possible to see if you can be placed on the next scheduled departure.

Are child seats available?

Yes, we provide booster seats and baby car seats for private transfers upon request. Please specify your child's age/weight during booking to ensure we have the correct seat ready.

Can we stop for groceries or photos on private transfers?

Absolutely! Private transfers include the flexibility of stopping for up to 1 hour along the route for groceries, restrooms, meals, or photos. Longer stops can be pre-arranged.

What is the luggage allowance?

For shared shuttles, the limit is one standard suitcase and one carry-on per person. Private transfers have ample space for multiple bags, surfboards, or golf clubs, but please let us know in advance for oversized luggage.

Can I book a transfer to a hotel not on the shared shuttle list?

If your hotel is not listed, you can select the nearest strategic pickup location or choose a private transfer for direct door-to-door service to any address in Costa Rica.

How far in advance should I book my transfer?

We recommend booking at least 48 to 72 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during the high season (December to April).

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation and a 100% refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
